What you’ll do & What you’ll need:
  • At least 1+ year of Sales experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Timely Return Filing for GST, ITR, ROC
  • Cash Flow Management and Receivable Collection
  • Vendor Management and Tracking
  • Perform administrative tasks on behalf of leadership as needed
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Provide superior customer service when interacting with external clients
  • Monitor progress and special coordinate projects
  • Reporting via proper MIS, CRM
  • Establishing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with superiors, co-workers, and clients
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • B. Com or M. Com or Knowledge of Accounts Handling
  • Preferred Female Candidate
  • Expert Knowledge in GST Filing, ITR filing and Statutory Compliances
  • Strong proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM Software
  • Professional attitude and positive work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet short deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication required
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work and communicate with all company personnel, including: Management, Sales, Accounting, Field and Office staff.
  • Ability to prepare and submit all documents required for permits.
  • Organize and schedule installations, inspections, etc.
  • Update project management database with appropriate status.
  • Manage any exceptions to the process.
  • Ensure timely achievement of permission to operate.
It is not required that you’ve worked in the solar industry; however, experience in a construction or engineering company is a plus!
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1+year work experience
  • Must be confident and comfortable with phone interaction with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel) and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license for four-wheeler/Two-wheeler
  • Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction above all else.
  • This position does require extensive travel throughout South and Central & Northern Kerala.
  • Expert knowledge of Solar, Energy Storage & Lithium Batteries is required.
  • Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices required for the installation of solar PV systems.
  • Install projects as contracted and designed.
  • All electrical work meets Electrical Code as well as KSEB Electricity Rules.
  • Resolve project, customer, and staff escalations.
  • Ensure a quality installation experience for the customer.
  • Troubleshoot PV systems and resolve issues.
  • Oversee and effectively communicate with KSEB Engineers/Inspectorate
  • Maintain and enforce safety and training programs.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must have an active Wireman license approved by Kerala Electrical Inspectorate.
  • Must be a motivated team player, looking to succeed.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Electrician.
  • Solar experience is Mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license for four-wheeler/Two-wheeler
  • Must submit and pass a background check.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Practical Knowledge of Electrical Wiring, Solar PV Engineering, Earthing
  • Assist with Installation of Inverters, Junction Boxes, Meters
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer throughout the installation process
  • Additional duties may be required as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1+ year of work experience
  • Electrical experience is a plus
  • 1+ year of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs
  • Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installation
  • Ability to work well others in a collaborative team environment
